| Projector Use |
Note: On an eMac or iBook, you will need to use the white connector: 
Connect it to the side of your ibook or emac, before following the directions below. |

To Connect the Projector: |
- First, connect the small blue end of the computer cable to the "Computer 1" connector. Be sure to screw in the connector screws all the way.

- Connect the large blue end of the cable to the computer. Be careful to screw in the connector screws.
- Connect the power supply to the back of the projector, and then to an outlet.
- Turn on the computer.
To Use the Projector:
- Remove the lens cap.
- Press the Power button on the top of the projector (or on the Remote). The LED will flash green, and the fan will start up.
- The lamp will come on and after a minute, the LED will glow a steady green.
- The computer's image will appear on the screen. (If not, try the Computer or AutoImage button on the top of the projector)
- Adjust the height of the projector by pressing on the release button to release the projector feet, and rotate the leveling foot if necessary.
- Adjust the zoom or focus rings.
- If the image is not square, adjust the "keystone:" Press the upper keystone button to reduce the upper part of the image or the lower keystone button to reduce the lower part of the image.
- Use the Picture buttons on top of the projector to refine the image.
To Shut Down the Projector:
- The projector automatically blanks the screen if no activity is detected for 30 minutes.
- "Power Save:" the projector automatically turns off the lamp if no signal is detected for 5 minutes. After 3 additional minutes with no signal, the projector powers down.
- To turn the projector off, press the Power button and verify by pressing the Power button again within 3 seconds. (You can cancel the shutdown by not pressing the Power button a second time)
- The lamp turns off the the LED blinks green for 1 minute while the fans continue to run to cool the lamp.
- When the lamp has cooled, the LED lights green and the fans stop.
- Unplug the power cable to completely power off the projector.
- Replace the lens cap.

Projector Care
- Place the projector no greater than 15 degrees off horizontal.
- Do not obstruct the intake or exhaust vents.
- To insure long bulb life, allow the fan to cool the bulb when powering down; do not disconnect the projector until the fans have stopped and the LED is green.
