Sites Dedicated to Helping Evaluate What You Find on the Internet

 Good Web Evaluation Sites

Cyberbee: The Cyberbee site is dedicated to helping educators integrate technology. At this site you can find both a form for evaluating web sites, for both content and design.http://www.cyberbee.com/guides.html

Ed's Oasis is a site sponsored by Classroom Connect that is a "meeting place for teachers." Here you can find online worksheets for evaluating web sites in the Evaluation Center. These worksheets can be printed as well.

Media Awareness Center has a site which has a nice tipsheet for evaluating sites. Also has an online interactive quiz for teens.

 WebSite Evaluation by Students

Ed's Oasis's Online Worksheet: online worksheet; kids can open two windows at once to evaluate online and print afterwords, OR print out the worksheet.

Cyberbee's WebSite Investigator: developed for elementary students; still useful for some middle school students.

Jo Cool or Joe Fool:a general web surfing interactive site for teens.
