FREE SCHOLARSHIP SEARCH SERVICES ONLINE
The following is a list of several web sites that provide
information on outside private, federal, and state scholarships. Outside
scholarships are awarded based on a wise variety of different criteria, such as:
age, academics, need, organization affiliations, residence, major, etc. These
sites should provide information on how and when to apply for scholarships you
may be eligible for after you’ve entered some biographical and demographic info
about yourself. Please allow sufficient time to actually apply as some
scholarships have lengthy applications or require an essay. We have briefly
screened the following web sites, but as always you should be wary of any web
site that asks for sensitive info (e.g. Soc. Sec. #, credit card #) and of
scholarship programs that charges a fee to apply. Good Luck!
